Meredith Jenks’ interest in photography was sparked by winning a photo contest when she was 16.  She realized that she could translate her personal experiences into imagery and tell a story that people could relate to.  She then attended Art Center College of Design in Pasadena to hone her new trade, and coincidentally had Deb Schwartz as one of her teachers.

Meredith shoots fashion, portraits, lifestyle, and off-the-cuff moments for clients including Nike, Absolut, Old Navy, Levi's, Uniqlo, Converse, JCrew, Target, New York Magazine, Nylon, and Esquire. Her images range from spirited to sophisticated, the common thread being a nod to youthful irreverence. Her photos are a reflection of her considered but high energy approach, and her work echoes the warm environment she nurtures on set.

Meredith now resides in Brooklyn with her husband Caleb and their two dogs, Mouse and Brochure. When not bouncing between NYC, LA, and all the cities in between, you will likely find her at the climbing gym in the day and hosting game night in the evenings.
