Jason Nocito and DSREPS!

Jason Nocito is a New York-based photographer with a career spanning over two decades, capturing the essence of subcultures and everyday life. Born in Mineola, NY, his interest in photography started as a young teenager when his older brother handed him down a camera. His early subjects included punk rock bands and skateboarding scenes, reflecting his personal interests. He studied photography and painting at FIT and finished his studies at Parsons School of Design. Jason's first assignments were shooting for publications such as The Fader and Nylon, and the rest is history. His distinctive vision and commitment to pushing creative boundaries have made him a sought-after collaborator in the industry, and his clients continually express their appreciation for his work ethic and the innovative energy he brings to each project. It is a testament to who Jason is that clients consistently return to work with him over and over again. His unique vision and dedication to pushing boundaries from his earliest days as a photographer has made him one of the artists who young photographers look to for inspiration.

In addition to his editorial and commercial work, Nocito has made significant contributions to the world of photography books. He has published works with Dashwood Books, including “I Heart Transylvania” (2011) and the “PUD” series (2014-2015), a collection of photographs of New York City street debris and puddles shot on an 8x10 camera. His book “Loads” was published by Aperture in 2009. Nocito has also self-published several projects, further showcasing his dedication to the craft and his desire to explore personal narratives through photography. Currently, Nocito’s portfolio includes work for magazines and companies such as 032c, Dazed, Office, GQ, Apple, Levi’s, Nike, Telfar, Allbirds, Timberland, Converse, Supreme, and Coca-Cola.

His ability to capture authentic moments continues to resonate across both editorial and commercial platforms. Photography is Jason's driving force in life, second only to his wife Meghan, and daughter, Ramona, as his family is his greatest source of inspiration, joy and motivation.

And by the way, we are so happy to be back together :)
