Joyce Kim was raised in the suburbs of New York and received a BFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, MD. In 2013, she began shooting on film sets and started receiving editorial portrait assignments, to which she brought her consideration for environment and composition. Select clients include Apple, Samsung, Time, Dior, Bloomberg Businessweek, and The New York Times.
